Q: What are your hours?                                  

   A:  We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.   

                

Q: What is your delivery area?                  

   A:  Richmond Express will deliver anything, anytime, anywhere.  Our home office is located in Richmond, Virginia so the majority of our deliveries either begin or end there.  We are happy to help no matter the destination!  Please call our office for pricing information.                   

 

Q: How can I open an account?   

   A:  Feel free to call our sales office at 804-788-8080 and they will assist you in getting an account established for your business.  If you prefer, you may fill out the Account Profile Form and email that to our sales office.                                    

 

Q: What type of service options do you offer?                                  

   A:  We have three levels of delivery service available to our clients.                    

            Standard – We will have your package delivered within 2 hours of call time.                  

            Rush – Don’t have 2 hours, we can have it delivered within 1 hour in Metro Richmond.  

            Weekend/After Hours – Richmond Express is open 24/7/365.  Your call will be answered anytime, all the time.   Normal operating hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 6 pm.                   

 

Q: Can I order online?   

   A:  Once you have set up an account with our sales office you will receive login credentials for your account.  A brief tutorial is provided to get you started with our online system – placing orders, checking the status of a delivery or reviewing your invoices is all available to you with the press of a button!  Feel free to call our sales office at 804-788-8080 and they will assist you in getting an account established for your business.  If you prefer, you may fill out the Account Profile Form and email that to our sales office.  

 

Q: Can I track my package?   

   A:  All clients can check the status of their deliveries by using our online system. The progress of the delivery will be measured in the following increments:  order placed, dispatched, picked up, and delivered.  When the delivery is completed, an email can be generated and sent to our clients.  It will show who signed for the package as well as what time it was delivered!    

 

Q: Can I pay by credit card?   

   A:  Credit cards are accepted by Richmond Express.    

 

Q: What are your rates?   

   A:  Our rates will vary on the distance that our driver will have to travel to complete your delivery.  When the delivery begins or ends in the Richmond area our clients are only charged for the miles the courier has traveled with their items on board.  If the delivery is out of town, additional charges may apply.  Please call our sales office at 804-788-8080 to obtain a quote for your delivery!
